Detailed description of the works I would like a quote for a house survey - required for mortgage. The property is a late Victorian house (c.1880s), approx. 2,500sq feet in Dun Laoghaire. It is mid terrace, 2 floors over basement arrangement. I don't think it has been extended but there appears to be plenty of internal remodelling on the second floor and in the basement. The eircode is A96 Y8X6.
